To bake this in a casserole, heat the broth to boiling. Combine and cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. No extra salt is added because broth and bacon contain salt.

Good served with Baked ham, buttered broccoli, green salad and fresh fruit for dessert. Red rice is best when served immediately after cooking. However, it does reheat well in the microwave oven. Place in a glass or ceramic, non-metalli dish, cover and reheat.
