Description
Place steamed spinach on the plate topped with Blue Cheese Mealie pap and then place Noisette of Eland on top served with the Barbeque Sauce.
Ingredients
1 cup Mealie Pap
1 cup milk
1OOml Cream
50g Blue Cheese

Methods/steps
Heat the milk, add half the mealie pap and allow to thicken stirring continuously until thick consistency, add remaining mealie pap and bind until firm
Add the cream and blue cheese and combine until a smooth and creamy mixture forms
