Crumbed Fish
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs (see note)
1/3 cup grated tasty cheese
2 tbs chopped chives
4 pieces white fish fillets
1/4 cup plain flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Frozen Crinkle Cut Chips
lemon wedges
Tartare sauce, to serve

Methods/steps

Preheat oven to 200?C
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper
Spray with oil

Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and chives on a flat plate
Dust fish pieces with flour then dip into egg to coat
Lay into breadcrumb mixture
Press on crumbs firmly

Spray well on both sides with oil spray
Bake for about 10 minutes until fish is cooked and crumbs are crisp and golden

Cook chips on the second tray as per packet instructions
Serve fish with chips, a wedge of lemon and tartare sauce

NOTE:
To make fresh breadcrumbs, process day-old bread in a food processor.
