Curried Sausages
Ingredients
12 sausages, grilled
1 large onion, finely sliced
1? Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp fruit chutney
1? cups mild curry sauce
1 Tbsp plain flour
1 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
chopped coriander or basil

Methods/steps

In a non-stick pan, fry the onions in the oil until lightly browned

Add the fruit chutney and curry sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes

Mash the flour into the butter and stir into the sauce to thicken

Season to taste and add the sausages

Warm in the sauce, then stir in the herbs

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potato, and extra fruit chutney
