Frosted Fruit Cooler
Ingredients
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups chilled fruit juice
2 Tbs. lemon juice
Red food color (optional)
Sherbet
4 lemon slices

Methods/steps
Heat water and sugar to boiling
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 20 minutes
Cover and refrigerate
Mix fruit jice and lemon juice into sugar syrup
Stir in a few drops of food color
Pour into 4 small glasses
Top each with a scoop of sherbet and garnish with a lemon slice
