Marinade for Fish
Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry white wine

Methods/steps
Combine all ingredients and pour over the fish
Cover and marinate in ther fridge for 2 hours or longer
Uncover the fish and place in a preheated 200?C oven and bake for 20 minutes until fish is done, basting every 5 minutes
Above is sufficient for 6 fish steaks or 1
5 kg fish fillet in one piece
