3/4 cup bulgur wheat
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 pound tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cucumber, diced
3-4 green onions
Dressing
1/4 cup olice oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsps chopped fresh mint
4 tbsps chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
Methods/steps
Mix the bulgur wheat with the salt, pour over the boiling water, and leave stand 15 to 20 minutes
All the water will then be absorbed Mix together the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the soaked bulgur
Fold in lightly with a spoon
Leave for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions
Mix together and serve
