1 k. fresh shrimp 2 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour 1/2 batter
1 cup water salt to taste

Shell shrimp and wash thoroughly

Set aside
In a bowl prepare the batter, water, egg, flour and salt stir thoroughly
Dip shrimps in the batter and deep fat fry
Serve hot
