A home-kitchen version of 7-up cake layers, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) 7-Up drink
Method
Mix all ingredients; beat well.
Divide into 3 layer pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Use any desired frosting on these layers.
