Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange rind
Method
Cook over hot water in double boiler until thick. Cool. Fold in 1 cup whipping cream which has been whipped. Serve over slices of angel food cake.
