A home-kitchen version of angel muffins, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
Mix all ingredients together.
Drop out on cookie sheet by tablespoon or pour into muffin cups.
Makes 12 muffins.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
