Apple Honey Cake

A home-kitchen version of apple honey cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 c. fresh apples
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together and add slightly beaten eggs.
Add oil, honey and sugar.
Cream and add to flour mixture.
Fold in chopped nuts, fresh apples and vanilla.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
