Apple Nut Ring

A home-kitchen version of apple nut ring, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
Beat together first three ingredients.
Mix together in separate bowl all dry ingredients.
Add oil mixture to dry mixture.
Puree apple pie filling and add to mixture along with chopped pecans.
Bake at 350° in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Freezes well.
