A home-kitchen version of banana cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 4 Tbsp. sour milk
- 1 c. banana pulp
Method
Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Add milk and banana pulp.
Bake on 2 layer pans or 1 loaf pan for 1 hour at 350°.
