A home-kitchen version of banana pound cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding in mix)
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
Method
Mix all together.
Pour into greased Bundt or tube pan and bake 1 hour or until done at 350°.
