Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Method
Combine whipped cream and powdered sugar.
Spread over crust when cooled.
Let set 3 to 4 hours.
When ready to serve, top with sweetened fresh fruit.
