A home-kitchen version of blueberry delight, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 can blueberry pie filling (may substitute with other pie fillings)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
Method
Melt 1 stick of butter.
Pour melted butter over cake mix; mix thoroughly.
Spread pie filling on the bottom of an 8-inch round baking pan.
Pour cake mix over the top of pie filling.
Bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes, or until light golden brown.
