A home-kitchen version of blueberry streusel pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
Method
Combine flour and sugar.
Cut in margarine.
Add milk and egg. Mix with fork until soft dough.
Press into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Place 3 cups frozen blueberries over pastry.
