A home-kitchen version of bread pudding, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. bread cubes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. milk
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
Method
Combine and place in buttered baking dish.
Bake for about 1 hour, until firm, in a 350° oven.
