Broccoli Bake

A home-kitchen version of broccoli bake, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli flowers
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. mayo
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pkg. stuffing cubes, seasoned and slightly crushed
Method
Cook broccoli and drain.
Combine soup, eggs, mayo and onion in large bowl.
Add broccoli and 1 cup of shredded cheese; mix gently.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Combine butter and stuffing cubes, then spread on top.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
