Ingredients
- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add milk, egg, vanilla and shortening.
Mix well.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
