A chinese take on chow mein candy, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pasta and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. butterscotch chips
- 3 oz. chow mein noodles
- 1 c. salted peanuts
Method
Melt butterscotch chips in double boiler.
Do not boil. Remove from heat.
Add chow mein noodles and peanuts.
Drop by spoonful onto wax paper.
