A home-kitchen version of cocoa mix, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chocolate and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 2 c. powdered milk
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/3 c. Cremora (if desired for richer mix)
Method
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in covered container. Place 4 tablespoons of mix in cup and fill with boiling water. Add whipped cream or marshmallows for extra treat.
