Company Coming Pie

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 18 crushed soda crackers
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff.
Add sugar.
Fold in vanilla, crackers and nuts.
Put in buttered pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
