A american take on cornbread cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
Method
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
