A home-kitchen version of cornflake cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 c. cornflakes, rolled
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Combine dry ingredients with whipped egg whites and vanilla. Drop on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes in 325° oven.
