A home-kitchen version of cream cheese pound cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 butter cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
Method
Have cream cheese at room temperature.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Blend well.
Pour into greased Bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 350° until done.
