Date Nut Cookies

A home-kitchen version of date nut cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 5 Tbsp. flour
Method
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9-inch pan for 30 minutes at 325° to 350°.
Cut and roll in powdered sugar.
