A home-kitchen version of easy oatmeal pecan cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 4 pkg. instant oatmeal (2 flavored and 2 regular)
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix together by hand.
Roll in small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325° for 12 minutes.
Makes 6 to 7 dozen cookies.
