A home-kitchen version of easy pecan pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. white Karo
Method
Stir all ingredients together.
Pour in 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
Chill before cutting.
