A home-kitchen version of fast fudge frosting, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. confectioners sugar, sifted (4 1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. boiling water
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine (soft)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Combine sugar, cocoa and salt, mixing well.
Add boiling water and butter; blend.
Add vanilla.
Beat until of spreading consistency.
