Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. thinly sliced apples
Method
Mix well by hand.
Bake 50 minutes at 350° in tube pan.
