Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. apples (5 small or 3 large), peeled and chopped
- 1 c. nuts (more or less as desired)
Method
Mix all ingredients, adding apples and nuts last.
Mixture will be thick.
Pour into Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350°.
Powdered sugar glaze is optional.
