Frozen Parfait

A home-kitchen version of frozen parfait, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
Method
Blend berries, sugar and lemon until almost smooth.
With blender running, pour in heavy cream.
Puree about one minute. Serve immediately.
