A home-kitchen version of fullabull's shepherd's pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 3 envelopes brown gravy mix
- 8 servings instant potatoes
Method
Brown meat and onion; drain well.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour the mixed vegetables (drained) over the meat mixture.
Mix 2 envelopes of gravy mix; pour over the meat and vegetable layers.
