A home-kitchen version of funnel cakes, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Method
Beat egg and stir in remainder of ingredients.
Drop in rings from spoon in 375° fat until brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
