Grandmaw'S Brownies

A home-kitchen version of grandmaw's brownies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. tap water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa and powdered sugar. Add at once the eggs, shortening, eggs, tap water, vanilla and pecans. Beat 1 minute.
