Hawaiian Cake

A home-kitchen version of hawaiian cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
- 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 c. canned crushed pineapple
- 4 eggs
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
Method
Combine cake mix, oranges, 1 package pudding mix, 1 cup pineapple and 4 eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
Combine remaining 1 cup pineapple, 1 package pudding mix and Cool Whip in bowl, mixing well. Spread over cooled cake.
Chill in refrigerator until serving time.
