A home-kitchen version of ice cream, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 5 beaten eggs
- 2 scant c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 2 pt. half and half
- milk (to fill can)
Method
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and pour into ice cream freezer can.
Finish filling with milk.
Makes 1 gallon.
