Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- dash of salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 14 crushed Ritz crackers
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
- ice cream
- whipped cream
Method
Beat egg whites and salt until frothy, then add sugar, a little at a time, and beat until stiff.
Fold in crackers and walnuts.
