Japanese Fruit Cake

A home-kitchen version of japanese fruit cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. seedless raisins
- 2 c. chopped pecans
Method
Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar and butter together.
Put 1/3 mixture in greased and floured 9-inch cake pan.
Mix last 6 ingredients.
Add to the other 2/3 of batter.
Bake in two 9-inch cake pans at 325°.
