A home-kitchen version of jello cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. pineapple cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon or lime jello
- 2/3 c. water
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 4 eggs
Method
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. When done, poke holes on top and pour a mixture of pineapple juice and powdered sugar over hot cake.
