Judy'S Pineapple Cake

A home-kitchen version of judy's pineapple cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. walnuts (reserve some for the top)
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together and add to the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish at 350° for 35 minutes.
Let cool in the pan.
