A home-kitchen version of k t's potato casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 servings prepared instant potatoes or use leftover potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Method
Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole.
Sprinkle with chives and paprika (optional).
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
