Lime Delight

A home-kitchen version of lime delight, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chocolate and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lime jello
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk, chilled until icy
- 1 pkg. Famous chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
Method
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Chill.
Whip evaporated milk until stiff.
Whip gelatin and stir in juices and sugar.
Fold in evaporated milk.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan which has been layered with crushed Famous chocolate wafers mixed with melted butter.
Top with grated semi-sweet chocolate square.
Refrigerate.
