Lime Pineapple Mold

A home-kitchen version of lime pineapple mold, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
Drain pineapple and save juice.
Add water to juice to make 3 1/2 cups.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add jello. Cool.
Let ice cream stand 15 minutes.
