Ingredients
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 2 small pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
- 1/2 to 1 c. milk
Method
Mix all the ingredients until creamy.
Take 30 Ritz crackers and melt butter or margarine over them.
Sprinkle on top of dessert and refrigerate.
Crush crackers.
