A home-kitchen version of mandarin orange cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix (do not follow pkg directions)
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges plus juice
Method
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and juice slightly, then add orange pieces and stir.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Use 4 (8 inch) round layer pans.
