Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 c. powdered sugar
Method
Mix until doughlike and can be rolled.
Roll 1/2-inch thick; roll it out using powdered sugar instead of flour.
Spread peanut butter on dough and slice.
