A italian take on microwave zucchini, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 medium zucchini
- 1 to 2 c. spaghetti
- Mozzarella cheese
Method
Slice zucchini into pickle type slices.
Layer in microwave-safe baking dish.
Top layers with prepared spaghetti sauce.
Microwave zucchini and shift sauce until zucchini is tender, approximately 10 minutes.
Sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese and microwave until melted.
Serve hot!
